Volunteer: Alaska Natives are the healthiest people in the world – it’s an inspired vision that will take inspired giving, inspired action and inspired leadership to achieve. Alaskans have that inspired spirit and the Healthy Alaska Natives Foundation (HANF) is channeling the energy of our state’s donors, partners and advocates into the kind of philanthropy that is making this ambitious vision a reality.
You can direct a gift to the initiative that you are most passionate about – health care improvements, wellness and prevention, or healthy village environments – or ask HANF to use your gift where it’s most needed. You can also donate items for our various events as an in-kind donation. Whether you are an artist, photographer, or would like to donate a piece of jewelry, service or merchandise, all the proceeds goes to supporting programs that fill existing needs and achieve positive results. Please consider donating. Your donation is tax deductible, EIN #82-1850261.
You can also volunteer to help. Volunteer opportunities range from providing support for HANF events like the Raven’s Ball, to visiting patients or helping in the gift shop at the Alaska Native Medical Center. To inquire about volunteering for the Raven’s Ball, please call 907-729-5652, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have any questions about volunteer services and programs at ANMC, including the Gift Shop, evening entertainment, or other volunteer activities, please call 907-729-1120.
